Dr Ortiz is the most empathetic and thorough cardiologist I have seen. He actively listens to his patients and explains the treatment plan patiently and completely. I only wish other doctors were like it.

I saw Dr Ortiz for a lot of years he really knows his stuff he treats his patience really good he listens to what you got to say he is really good Dr I appreciate him very much.

I was a patient at a very popular well-known cardiology office in Phoenix. I finally had enough of canceled appointments, rescheduling, not speaking to the same office staff. They were good if you could get in but felt like just another file number. This office was not as modern or aesthetically updated but very clean and concentrated on individualized attention to the patient. I really felt like I was treated as a person and my concerns were addressed. There was clear coordination between the staff and dr which was nice as I didn’t have to repeat myself to several staff and the doctor like I had previously been accustomed. It was not a long wait either in the wait room lobby or clinic room. The doctor was thorough and took his time to explain. It felt nice to have staff listen and respond to my questions and concerns in a common sense manner.
